  1. Menentukan net prefiks dan alokasi IP
N1 = 14 | 4 bit -> 192.168.1.0 /28

N3 = 7 | 3 bit -> 192.168.1.48 /29
N4 = 2 | 2 bit -> 192.168.1.56 /30
N5 = 28 | 5 bit -> 192.168.1.60 /27
